Cornbread;
Preheat oven to 375 degtees.
ingredients:
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk or half n half
3-4 Tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted butter
Mix all together, leaving the batter slightly lumpy. Fill regular size lined muffin cups 2/3 full or pour into a greased 9 x 13-in. pan.
Bake muffins for 17- 20 minutes or the pan for 23-26 minutes. Makes about 18 regular size muffins or one 9 x 13-in. pan.pan.
