Creating a custom Husker helmet

I decided to create a custom Husker team for NCAA 2011. Created my own b******* uniforms that keep very close to the orginal uniforms, just colors are different. However i wanted to create a custom Blackshirt helmet with the orginal N on the side but i can't find a good enough logo. Can anyone help me out with creating a black version of the current helmet with the original N?

It's not in the exact resolution that teambuilder's primary logo size calls for(256x256) but it's close. I also have a skull and cross bones logo, if you'd like one to use as an alternate logo.
