There’s a s#!t ton of them. A lot of them are the smaller track guys trying to become football players. I think you’ll obviously see a massive exodus at DB.

Cooper had a thing for raw athletes, but especially in the portal era it's just not wise to put all your eggs in that basket. I am surprised at the sheer number we're targeting though, there is going to be a lot of DB attrition in the Spring window.
In fairness even Rhule said his original intentions were to build and develop players over a 2-3 year timeline. Even Rhule had had to do an about face of his approach to the portal given the floodgates that opened this year. He is very smart to be willing to do so. Not even a year ago everybody was busting Neon’s take all upgrades portal approach. Cooper was just marching along Rhules vision, but tides turned and now it’s just a giant candy shop.

Callahan and Sipple said on the HOL show that they know of a DB that has committed but not announced. Probably alluding to this guy.
