Ya, I'd say wanting to take ALL your visits definitely qualifies this as a soft-commit. This will become increasingly common though as the recruiting cycle speeds-up and classes fill faster. Soft-commits and decommits will become more common. Cool that he wants to visit, get him in for a game and anything can happen, Hell USC may be full at the rate they're going.

 
It would be nice to steal a kid from UGA, but thats way easier said than done. Props to Coach Joseph for keeping the pressure on and getting us a visit.

He is a soft commit so he is just checking his options. He is also from Georgia so they are the hometown school, which means he must a pretty legit interest in us, although there is the chance that he just wants to go to see the game.
