Deep Fried Jalapeno Slices:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup Amberboch Beer or Beer Of Your Choice
1/2 Quart Vegetable Oil
2 cups sliced fresh Jalapeno Peppers
1 Mix flour, salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, eggs, and beer together in a bowl.
2 In a deep fryer, or large pot heat oil to 365 degrees.
3 Dip the sliced Jalapenos in the batter. Place battered jalapenos in deep fryer. The Jalapenos are fully cooked when they float to the surface of the oil. They should be golden brown and crispy
Dippin' Onion Sauce -
***Can use sauce for French Fries, Tator Tots, Finger Steaks, Poppers or Chicken Fingers.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T. Horseradish Sauce
2 tsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1 dash black pepper
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate in a covered bowl.
Stuffed Small Red Potato
