Don’t get me wrong Jimbo is a great coach. 10 years 75 million is ALOT. If they get sick of him after 5 years they are stuck with him.

Not any more than if he started with a five year contract.  Coaches ALWAYS have at least five years left of their contract.  After five years, he'll have five years left on his contract which is the same thing as a 10 year contract to start.
