a link to Bighuskerfan.com by Solly. It was his first post and he was being quoted by a cut and paste.

I pmd him explaining our policy. I also explained in the thread that since it wasnt paid info the cut and paste wasnt a big deal but the link to that board was a no no.

Apparently Solly is pissed that someone cut and pasted his info and we aren't letting him link it to BHF.

I am an inch away from locking that POS thread.

I posted the link because your member lifted my post from BHF and pasted it on your board without crediting the site.

It's discourteous and unethical as hell, and I want the content either accredited or removed.

My being new here has nothing to do with the propriety of using uncredited material from ano...

Solly is a member of the Members group and has 5 posts.

He's got a point. You might want to simply tell him that you agree - just report the post if it happens again, tell us the details, and we'll remove it. I don't blame him for being upset.

I am an admin on BHF. Your poster credited "another site". Our policy is to provide a link to info from any other site we quote from, particularly Husker sites.
As for "validation", I don't need any; It came from BHF, and should be properly credited.

If one of your Admins wants to talk with me, I'll check PMs in the morning.

We ought to be able to come to some sort of agreement on sharing Husker info during this crazy period; kind of what both our sites are dedicated to, after all.

Once again I apoligize that this occured. I really dont know what the admins take on this will be but I do see your point.

It is not my intension to let people scalp info from your sight. I just know that we normaly dont allow links to other Husker sites.

It is a chaotic time to be a Husker, thats for sure.

I really hope that you accept my apoligy for the whole thing.
