With the upcoming release of NCAA Football 09, many sites start advertising rosters for the game. Three roster sites NEVER to use are

PSXSports.com

All of these sites are owned by Brian Kaldenberg. Kaldenberg not only steals his rosters from other roster makers (DT Linder and Fairdale Kings), he illegally sells these rosters online because profiting off of any likeness of an NCAA athlete is illegal. He's even been sued by the NCAA before for this. Kaldenberg admitted to this in a thread on OperationSports, which has been deleted, unfortunately. He's even been sued by the NCAA before for this. Here is a story from PastaPadre about Kaldenberg. Luckily, with the inclusion of the EA Locker into this year's game, his service will not be of any use to players. The EA Locker will allow online users on both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network to download the rosters from someone on their friends list or from a specific XBL Gamertag or PSN Handle. However, if you do choose to download rosters from the internet or mail-in a memory card choose trustworthy site:

EARosters (DT Linder)

Fairdale-Kings.com (Fairdale Kings)

freeNCAA09Rosters.com (Organized by various Operation Sports members)

Those three sites will provide you FREE rosters, like they ought to be.

nobody should buy rosters anyway because they have ea locker or whatever it is called, so people will be able to share rosters online. I would imagine the new ones will be on within a day or so.
