Do we have an agreement with this guy?

I can't keep track of the people we have agreements with. Has BigTenSportsWatch gotten permission to post links to his website?

He posted an article a while back that I apparently never saw. LINK

Here's his most recent post, which I've moved to the Junkyard pending an answer to this thread: LINK

I'll do some digging in my emails and in this forum, but if Eric or Frank can recall having a conversation with this guy, let me know ASAP and I'll put the latest post back up.

Along this vein, can we sticky a thread here with a list of users who have agreements with HuskerBoard? We had some issues with "omahapanda" before we realized he was 1) Sam McKewon and 2) Eric's college roommate. A list would be handy so we don't have to wait around for answers to threads like these.

I think we're ok....as long as there is not a message board on there. Although I do see an opportunity to blog.

Knapp, ask him what his board is about and the purpose of it.

 
I don't have any emails on it, or any recollection of it - Eric might, though.

We did create a Links Approval topic here - LINK. It's designed to post those people we've approved for posting links.

 
The sad thing about that Link Approval thread is, I just looked at the posts stickied on top to count how many there are because there are so many. Totally missed that.

Anyway, I've exchanged a few PMs with Rayo, the guy running the site. He seems pretty cool, and there's no competition between our sites since they don't have a forum and don't plan on one for the foreseeable future. He did mention that he might be interested in a link exchange:

Thanks for reposting the thread. We're getting a lot of traffic from this site as a result of it.

Also - we are considering adding a new widget to our site that features links to external fan message boards or networks who are willing to do the same for us. Let me know if you want to do a little cross promoting if we go that direction.
