So why has it seemed like he is not in the plans anymore? Seems really weird, especially with him supposed to be a plan B and we’ve recently missed on a couple plan A’s.

Grades most likely. Most other schools also backed off, including USC where his brother plays.

 
I’m going to be interested in watching his career from here. 

I fully understand shy why it didn’t work out here and I support that. I just have the feeling we missed out on a kid that really could have been a contributor here. 

Best of luck to him. Hope the new staff there does him some good.
