These are great and easy to make:
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies:
2 Cups Skippy Super Chunk Peanut Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
Mix all ingredients together, roll into 1-in. balls.
Line cookie sheets with Parchment Paper.
Put cookie balls on cookie sheets and using a fork, make a number-(#)-sign on top of each cookie ball.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 minutes or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
I put them in a large Tupperware bowl and line the layers with waxed paper.
