I just made some this morning again. This is the only peanut butter cookie recipe I will use. Easy to make and delicous.
Peanut Butter Cookies:
2 cups Skippy Peanut Butter With Nuts
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and roll into 1-in. balls. I just put a little bit of dough and roll it between my hands. Place cookie balls on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Crisco Butter No-Stick Spray-spray. or use parchment paper to cover the cookie sheets. Spray. the fork also and smash like a # sign with a fork. Cook in 350 degree oven for 9 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool on cookie sheet. Put them in a covered container. Put waxed paper over each layer of cookies.
