I gave him a warning with no suspension or anything. I probly went too easy on him. But Ed really isn't the type of poster to cause problems. I think that was just a hot button issue with him.

It's definitely a language issue and used as a personal attack, so the warning/suspension is well warranted.

To add context, it's a direct quote from a childhood story Obama writes in one of his books.

Feel free to go in and modify the warning/give him some time off. Like I said, I was probly too easy on him. Since he really hasn't caused any problems before. (Except once when he posted a url for free streaming content or something, and Lance gave him a warning.)

Given his history, I think a warning is fine. This job requires more than a bit of finesse.
