Ell Roberson arrested for Fiesta?

A Kansas St. female student has filed charges against Ell Roberson for some kind of sexual misconduct. Whether its rape or something else who knows. Whether he can play or not who knows?

 
From what I understand, Snyder hasn't made a decision yet. For all I know, it might

just be another jealous woman. :)

 
Actually the latest I have heard is nothing had been officially filed. If so, 99% of me says he starts without question. I'm sure Snyder will just say that. But you have to wonder if Snyder's pissed off that he's bring women into the team locker room and screwing them the day before a game.
