I'm not sure what this guy's agenda is, but he bears watching. He has made what I know to be, at best, a wildly exaggerated claim about Bo at a softball tournament a couple months ago. At worst he's making stuff up to troll the boards. My daughter plays U8 select softball and I know some parents on a team at this tournament. The allegation is that Bo went ballistic on an Ump and the UNL athletic department had to rush in and apologize. According to the dad I talked to, nothing like this happened.

He claims protection from some Mod named Steve. If that's you, can you explain who this guy is and why he's making claims like this?

 
Oh, I see now. I know this guy from another board and from some email correspondence. I don't like spam email so I used a random throwaway email address to post and ask for his contact info. Probably why he refers to me as steve. I actually got the idea for the throwaway email from another friend of mine named Eric, whose email address is steve. Confusing, huh? But anyway, he doesn't make stuff up for the lulz. AFAIK, he's got this from parents or attendees of the tournament, something another user corroborated.

As far as claiming protection, that isn't the case at all. Someone accused him of being a Texas fan, and he mentioned that he'd been invited here and that I can vouch for him being a Husker fan, which he is. He was looking for another board to post on and I invited him here.

I actual did hear from 2 people that Bo had a big blowup at his daughters softball game. One guy is has contact with several coaches do to his profession, he works close with them.

 
It seems there are wildly varying stories about this tournament. Everyone seems to know someone who was there, and everyone's story is different. The story I heard was everyone from both teams was getting on this Ump, which pretty much happens at every select tournament I've been to.

 
I don't know anyone that was there and I don't know nuthin' or know a aquarium guy; waaaaaaaahh, I'm so out of the loop.

I can have my son beat somebody up or shoot'em though :D
