Huskers take on the Mountaineers today at Noon Fifteen, in the Dairy Queen Classic, Yummm, West Va has a record of 3-4, after winning their first 3 they are now riding a 4 game losing streak...let me mention their results against BIG teams, Northwestern-W (7-3) Penn State-W (4-1) Iowa-W (4-3) Michigan-L (14-3), they also lost a close game to Va Tech, and George Mason, and got pounded 16-0 by an average NC State team, so our game today should tell a little bit about the BIG competition...

I am really hoping that the weekend against Gonzaga where we gave away 3 games was just an anomaly. I think as we get the rotation, bullpen and lineup figured out and settled they should really start hitting their stride. Injuries have figured in as well. Hopefully we can start to get things rolling for conference season.

It should be a fun series. its to bad i wasnt working in Minny this week. hopefully they feed off last weeks momentum and continue to gain confidence. Looks like Huber is going to be the closer this weekend.
