Everquest Next

That is one I plan on keeping my eye on. Looks very promising right now. Being an old EQ1 vet, and some EQ2 there is definitely an appeal. If I'm lucky I'll get into the beta.

I'm an EQ1 vet myself... I miss BlackBurrow...

I signed up for the Beta too, let me know if you get in...

 
After hearing old stories about EQ1, and playing WoW for about 6 years, (stopped 2 years ago) this game scares the sh#t out of me lol.

Makes me wonder what you heard about EQ1. I have more fond memories of that game, than any other MMO, and most other games for that matter.

 
I didn't mean anything negative. Quite the opposite. The 'time sink' factor is what I was referring to. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it. Signed up for beta just in case lol.

I just recently reupped my $15/mo to Blizzard just to have something to do. I will be interested in this one as well. Thx for the post.

There are plenty of free to play games that would do the same trick, or a couple buy to play for that matter.

Yeah I hear ya. I've got friends that still play WOW so it's more for the interaction part. I am playing Planetside 2 and COD for the quick fix.
