EZ-E and Army Allen given warnings and a question

I gave EZ and AA warnings for their contributions to THIS THREAD, which was originally part of the Jason Hall thread in the recruiting forums. I probably should have, but didn't, give out more warnings for the roiling mess of personal attacks that thread devolved into.

Is there some way we can restrict members from posting in certain forums? Because removing someone's ability to post in a specific forum, as in, can we suspend EZ-E (for example) from posting in the Recruiting forum for a period of time as punishment for nonsense like this? These guys live for the Recruiting forums, and banning them from that specific forum for a week or a month would probably be a better punishment than a warning, which the members can't see anyway.

I can't think of a way to do this (perhaps a plugin exists).

That thread was a mess but seems to have been getting back on track on its own in the end, in a fairly civil manner...so I passed on doing anything, but certainly there were a lot of people who easily could be said to merit warnings.

Do you keep like, an army of year-old posts just so when you create a thread like this your post can be the first one? Clever

Yep, you can find them in Test 1. Just blank threads so I can toss dumpster fires like that into them, and then I control the subject and the first post.

Which reminds me - I'm running low. Time to make a few more of those...

I always did wonder what in the world you were testing! Very nice idea.
