I heard this story from a guy one AM 590 yesterday and thought I would pass it along...
This guys daughter and his mother in law were walking around the stadium and looking at the various things outside of it and then they saw a man leaving the North stadium doors, and asked him if they were allowed to go in and look around. Well it turns out that man was Zach Bowman leaving after a rehab/practice/training or whatever. He then turned around and told them sure and he personally showed them around the whole stadium for what the guy said was a 2-2.5 hour tour. Took them in the training rooms, trophy rooms, and even the locker room where he gave the little girl his personal jersey, I'm sure they can get new ones pretty easy but still pretty generous.
It's nice to know we have guys like Zach in the program who bypassed the NFL Draft (possible 1st-2nd round draft pick) to come back be a Husker. This guy seems to be a true Husker to care about the fans in the offseason enough after probably a long day of training and what not to personally show these people around. He could have easily said "No" or just said "Yeah you can go in there" and just walk away but he didn't.
Hopefully good Karma will come around for Zach!
