Four Famous People and a Lie

Brazenly stolen from the twitter.

Here's the game. You list five famous people. Four of them you've either met or been in close proximity to. The fifth is a lie.

You post your five. We guess which one is the lie.

Here's mine:

1. Bob Devaney

2. Donald Trump

3. Tiger Woods

4. Kevin Costner

5. Bill Murray

Trump has to be the lie.

Devaney-easy.

You're a Cubs fan so Murray is easy.

Woods, you prob went to a golf tourney somewhere.

And Costner seems to get around.

I'm more than a little disappointed you didn't pop him.

Well then how about Tiger. Seems like an obvious one...unless you don't go in for the pasture pool.

OK, that's enough guesses.

I was within arm's reach of 2-5 on my list at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in either 1999, 2000 or 2001. It's been a while and I can't remember which year it was.

Costner had just done Tin Cup and was a superstar. Bill Murray duck-hooked a drive over our heads off the first tee and came to the rope to apologize. He was super cool. Tiger had Ken Griffey Jr. in his foursome but was all business and didn't chat with us plebs. The Donald golfed with (I think?) Paul Tagliabue, the former NFL Commissioner, and wasn't Orange at all, just looked like another semi-famous person.

I have never met Bob Devaney, nor been within 50 yards of him, to my knowledge.

Bill Moos.

I don't know. I feel like you wouldn't put Sarah Palin unless you really met her. I know you live in Colorado... Husker Bob isn't well known and Sean Connery is too gutsy.

Nope. I was within 10 feet of Moos before the CU game two years ago. Couldn't get him close enough to shake his hand tho.
