Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Pkg. Amazing Taste For Seafood Seasoning
***Use More Or Less-To Taste
2 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Water
1 lb. Panko Bread Crumbs
1 lb. Large Fresh Shrimp
Heat Vegetable Oil in a Deep-Fat Fryer according to your Deep-Fat Fryer directions.
Combine Flour & Amazing Taste For Poultry Seasoning.
Beat eggs and water in separate shallow bowl.
Place Panko Bread Crumbs in another shallow bowl.
Wash shrimp in cold water in colander.
Coat shrimp with flour mixture. Dip in egg mixture. Drain off excess.
Coat shrimp lightly with Panko Bread Crumbs.
Fry shrimp, a few at a time, 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn as needed for even browning. Drain on paper towels.
Serve With Lemon Wedges & Cocktail And/Or Tartar Sauce.
