General announcement regarding Penn State comments

I'm thinking a general announcement about HuskerBoard member posting regarding Penn State is in order. We're still getting plenty of "Ped State" posts and that's not OK.

Something along the lines of no jokes or references to the Sandusky thing. I thought I had written one last year, but I can't find it.
