1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon ground red pepper

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips

Just tried your chicken fingers recipe, EXCELLENT.

I'll try this one next, and here's an idea. Try the pulled pork on a bun with some cole slaw in it. Used to be a place in Sioux City, Iowa that served sandwitches like this and claaed them "Little Pigs." Very good.

Thanks, keep the recipes comin.

Merry Christmas.

Thx for the idea about the coleslaw. I will try that the next time I make it. I have a great coleslaw recipe. I am glad you liked the chicken fingers:)
