GoingGoingGone - is this nebraskafaninwi?

When I run the IP lookup tool for posts in the Moderator CP for 70.168.38.18, I'm getting a lot of "HuskerHacker" posts.

GoingGoingGone registered under 70.168.38.18, while HuskerHacker registered under 70.184.214.179.

These IPs "resolve" to wsip-70-168-38-18.om.om.cox.net and wsip-70-184-214-179.om.om.cox.net, respectively. I guess it seems they have the same ISP and given that HuskerHacker also has posts under 70.168.38.18, it's possible they are also the same person.

HuskerHacker was given a 30-day suspension on May 26, 12:06 PM by knapp here:

User continues to troll the forums. The pattern of this user's posts suggests his desire is to wait until the Huskers are down in a game - specifically baseball, but not only baseball - and when they are down, to post something as negative as possible about the team or a specific player.
GoingGoingGone registered on May 26, 1:12 PM and is currently under 'Validating' status.

Is this a good case for saying these are the same guy and he is circumventing a suspension? It looks that way to me. I've done a lot less of this kind of mod checking than you or AR, however.

Good sleuthing, zoogies! The smoking gun is that nobody else has posted from Hacker's IP. I'd give it 99% probability that this is Hacker, based on the IP and on his name (baseball related) and the fact that nobody else has posted from that IP.

Imma nuke him, unless someone has an objection.

Is there some way I can get access to new members' IP addresses before they post? Before we upgraded this software a year or two ago I could see everyone's IP in the Mod Control Panel, but now I have to wait until they post. Can we make that accessible immediately, so I can get some kind of info before starting threads like this?

Lost at the latest upgrade.

I'm thinking it might be best to see if we can code it for the profiles - set it so it evaluates whether the viewer is a Mod or Admin and if so, display it. Going into the Control Panels is a bit of a pain.
