Gold Miners Pie
3 ready to use graham cracker crusts or 3 cooked pie shells,cooled
1/4 cup margarine
8- oz. pkg. cream cheese
7-oz. pkg coconut
1/2 cup pecans
1 large container Cool whip
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, Eagle Brand Milk, and Cool Whip together. In a saucepan melt the margarine, put in pecans and coconut. Cook until the coconut browns, then cool. Put the Cool Whip,Eagle Brand Milk and cream cheese mixture into the 3 pie shells. Then drizzle the caramel topping on top of the pies, then top with the margarine, pecan and coconut mixture. Cover the pies with foil and freeze.
