Pavelka was who I grew up with.  He was the voice for me.

Never really got into Swain.  Rose was OK.

I recall Sharpe coming in mid season.  I’m pretty sure it was on a temporary basis.  I remember thinking “I hope they hire this guy”.  Greg was an outstanding broadcaster and he became my  Voice of the Huskers.  RIP sir.

I hope it brought Greg a lot of joy to be able to call the incredible comeback the baseball boys had last year in the B10 tourney.

It will feel like a massive hole for me listening along this year. He was incredible calling both sports.
