Grilled Beef With Veggies:

1-(3-lb.) Chuck Roast Slightly Frozen & Sliced Real Thin-(About 2-in. Wide Strips)

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

2 T. Maple Syrup

3 T. Rice Wine Or Sherry

8 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 T. Sesame Oil

4 Chopped Scallions

2 T. Toasted Sesame Seeds

1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Pinch Red Pepper Flakes

Assorted Fresh Vegetables:

Carrots, Green Onions, Mushrooms, Snow Peas, Etc.

Rub the sliced beef with brown sugar.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together; pour over meat slices and marinate an hour or more.

***Marinate For As Long As You Can; Makes It Better!

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour, then thread meat and veggies on skewers; grill.
