Grilled Pork Chops:

8-(5-oz.) Boneless Loin Chops

1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 Cup Crisco Vegetable Oil Only

2 T. Honey

3 Cloves Garlic, Pressed

1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp. Salt

Place all ingredients into a zip-lock bag mix well and allow to marinade 2 hours.

Grill the chops, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400-500 degrees) until they are done to the way you like it.

***The vinegar taste is pretty much gone after they cook.
