Grilled Pork Kabobs:
Season pork chunks with Five-Spice Powder separately from the vegetables and let sit for a couple hours or overnight.
Vegetables:
Red Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Pineapple
Baste:
Combine 3 T. Balsamic Vinegar
3 T. Honey
1 T. Olive Oil
Grill a couple of minutes on each side and then baste with mixture.
Serve over your favorite rice.
