Plans: Dinner at my parents house. My aunt came in from Wisconsin. My sister and her family are coming too (which is unusual).
Favorite food item: Turkey legs. I usually eat them both because no likes dark meat.
I've read a few articles in the past week about spatchcocking the turkey to reduce cooking time and also helping to keep the meat moist. Anybody ever done this?
