Official offers don't get made for a position such as this unless they know the answer is going to be in the affirmative.

When you hear of a P5 HC "turning down" an offer - it's almost always a situation where they were approached and asked if there was any interest if terms could be agreed upon by both parties and they replied "No thank you" prior to substantive negotiations.

Trust me bro if an offer to UM was going to be made it would have happened a long time ago. No way would Trev wait around for a bunch of other vacancies to open up before making an offer

Lol... no, they dont.  Someone of urbans stature i GUARANTEE u $$$s and contract paritculars are dropped early.  Just a friendly reminder, our progrum is a dumpster fire and have minimal leverage for top guys, we have $$$ to flaunt and id be shocked if it wasnt the START
