Home IP not allowing me access

Whenever I connect my phone or laptop to my WiFi at home, it says I am restricted from the site. I connect both devices to another connection, or the phone just wifi turned off, and I can access the board no problem.

Most likely your home router has been assigned an IP address that's on the banned list. Your router software should have an option to release or renew the IP address; as a last resort you can try killing the router for a while then booting it back up.
