This is his second run-in with the rules, but he's always skated close to the edge of acceptability. He purports to have a brain injury and appears to be using that as an excuse for the things he posts, but the longer he's here the more the crazy seeps out.

I dislike and distrust Sunni Islam, radical protestant followers (like KKK), People Temple (Jim Jones), Branch Davidian, Seventh-day Adventist, etc. and yes, Jewish beliefs IN MY OPINION according to our Bill of Rights First Amendent (free speech). Yet it's okay for hundreds of HB posts (mods review) by degrading Sunni people, etc. ..... except Jewish. Myself (obviously minority voice), Sunni and Jewish is the same level. I still believe Israel was a terrorist country, again IMO.

In summary after serving 37 days D cell, I tried to become a Pied Piper followers-goody two shoes-nazi rule (or else)-yess sir boss-robot behavior and "politically correct" in my HB posts protocol.

I'm cool with making the suspension permanent after that. If that's his response, he's going to come back here with both barrels blazing and get banned - I'll bet it takes less than 24 hours.

Only difference is, banning him now means no messy cleanup.

 
I've approved a couple of his posts in the football forum. They don't contribute anything but they're nothing bad. Forgettable at best.

I'm assuming we're only not allowing him to post things similar to the post referenced in the OP.

 
Correct. He had one post in the Woodshed bitching about being suspended and in it repeated a small sample of his racist diatribe. THAT'S the kind of thing we don't want to approve.

 
I've been approving a few of his posts here and there when I see them. I usually don't remember to go looking for them, though. Most of them seem OK; at least, within rules.

Did he ever get suspended, or was it just mod preview?

 
Is he good to come off Mod Preview? Been a month and I don't think he's had anything bordering breaking the rules. Incoherent perhaps but not contrary to the rules.
