How many points does it take for you to be disappointed defensively?

With the shift to more offensive minded football in recent years. What is the acceptable amount of points allowed for you to still feel good about a defensive performance.

I guess for me it depends on the opponent obviously but I picked the 28 point mark. That is a lot but I went with that. This is how many times Bo's defenses have given up 28 or more, we outscored the opponent in some of those games but others we didn't.

Feeling good about a defensive performance with consideration to points allowed should be a FG away from getting 20 and below. Occasionally it's 24. Blue moon it's 27-35.

Losing 20-10 sucks but you know you have a good defense, just bad day on offense. Maybe inept if there's a bunch of turnovers. But still hope to fix that because you have a good defense. If you can score 30-35 you should be winning most of those games if your defense is good (coaching/talent/scheme/adjustments/depth)

Winning 62-42 is not good. Maybe if it's against Baylor/Oregon or a different top 10-12 team with a well known offensive arsenal that does it to everyone.
