How many recruits can Nebraska sign this year?

I know that Nebraska has around 13 or 14 recruits already but their bringing in around 14 recruits to the Colorado game. How many recruits can Nebraska sign?

Unless im off, 25 is the NCAA mandated max you can bring in for a class. More may get signed, but only 25 after grades and whatnot get sorted out.
