So we received a complaint over this guy in the complaint notification center. I went to address the issue and noticed that Lance had already banned him for this earlier, but the complaint is still active or open. I'm not trying to be a d!(k to everyone here and I'm not calling Lance out, but we need to make sure we are closing those complaints and at least posting an update in those complaints. We used to come in here and notify everyone if someone has been banned asking an admin to ban the IP address. We've also let mods/admins in the past know when we've upgraded the warning status. Just saying the communication needs to get a little bit better in some areas so I'm not wasting my time looking into these things or anyone else isn't wasting their time looking into things. Not a huge deal, just something I've noticed.
