For those who follow softball, this is truly huge. She is someone who pitches above an elite level (ours goes up to eleven). She also brings an infectiously tenacious mentality to a team. I've got girls who play softball. When their ace is in the circle, you can see the level of confidence go up for all the defense behind them. It's really fun to watch. I'm glad for the Huskers getting her to come home. I also hope that she continue to find joy on the field playing the game she loves. I'm excited to see her pitch live again.
