Pretty sure this is ScottyIce. He's acting like an ultra fan and he has some similar posting habits to scotty (likes to use exclamation points and act like he's a better fan than everyone else).
I did a quick email/ip comparison and there isn't much there. They just joined in May and have a generic/suspect gmail account name. And they're rubbing people the wrong way. Something to just keep an eye on.
