I screwed up and flagged a guy as a spammer

I locked a thread by huskerfan1333 and went to PM him, but I believe I hit the "flag as spammer" button on the pop-up. Can we fix that? He just joined today. Yikes. :facepalm:

I tried sending him a PM to explain, and I got this message: "The member huskerfan1333 can not use the messaging system."
