I smell ROSES!!!!

Wisconsin will be the team that we prove to the world that we are Kings among men! Even if it was tOSU, we'd still be smelling them roses. WE are the best team in the B1G at this moment.

I honestly believe that had we played Ohio State at home we would have beaten them. The difference in venue makes that much difference. But the flip side of that is we got killed at their place and they are still too good at the moment at a neutral site. Their offense would beat our offense.

Really! Husker people are excited about roses! Keep smelling them. You have lost site of the big picture. Especially when you will not be playing the best team in the PAC.

Whoa big fella...lots of quarters of football to play before then. I do love how this team is finding a way to win...be it ugly or otherwise..

Ah see, I knew you guys loved the Rose Bowl...you just didn't realize it until now.

Some people will never be happy. Seriously? A trip to the Rose Bowl would be great for our program. Clearly you have lost site of the big picture. You have to be relevant before you can win a NC. And we have not been too relevant on the national scene for the last few years.

This is such a stupid topic for how early it is. We have four games ahead of us, and we could easily drop two of them. Michigan state has a salty defense, Penn state isn't terrible (not great), but not terrible....

Good news is that we SHOULD beat Iowa, Penn State, and Minnesota...Michigan State will be a good game... But if we drop two, which is easily possible...well, you know...

Yeah it is a little getting ahead of ourselves, but this was a big, big defining game. We escaped out of NW with a win we should have easily had but instead got lucky with. After a relief turning-point comeback victory like that, the big question was, where does this team go? Does it build on that and use it to turn around a season that had been spiraling out of control up to that 4th quarter, or does it play its usual inconsistent self, and go out and get whacked by an explosive offense and solid ranked team on national TV, yet again?

If we do make our first BCS game since what, 2001?, I think we'll look back at this as a critical juncture.
