If you've ordered from HuskerNation -- important question for you

For those who don't know, our Huskernation store is operated by Best of Big Red in Lincoln.

I have had concerns they were marketing direct to our customers. When Eric was over yesterday he saw a catalog I received from them and brought that topic up.

So an easy way to tell for sure is ask you guys. For those who have ordered direct through the huskernation store and never ordered from bestofbigred.com, did you receive the 2011 Best of Big Red catalog in the mail, or ever an email?

I don't believe I have received that, but I always go to the shop and pick stuff up so I don't have to wait another day or two for delivery.

 
I got that catalog last week or the week before that.

One question I do have after flipping through it: Why was Alyssa Milano in it pimping Husker gear? (I assume they just photoshop whatever team on her body) It made me almost want to buy a shirt for my wife.

Have you ever purchased direct from bestofbigred.com? Good question on AM -- is that really her you think? TONNNYYYY!!!

 
Chad, I ordered some items directly through HuskerNation over a year ago. The Best of Big Red has never sent me anything other than the order - they included their 2010 cataloge with my order, but since then I've not received anything from them. And I've never ordered directly from them. So, unless they are saving money by NOT mailing out to HuskerNation purchasers who live out-of-state, they aren't doing it - or haven't done it with me.

But they shouldn't even be including that in with your order.

I received a catalog at my house but under my name it said www.huskernation.com

 
Hey, I take back my post from before. I did get a catalog in the mail, a week or two ago. Is that when everyone else got theirs? I'll have to go see if I can dig it up. May have already been recycled.

 
I haven't received one yet, but I can't recall if I've ever received one. I usually only get a catalog from NebraskaRedZone.com. That reminds me, we need to get some different clothes available on huskernation.com. I'd order more from huskernation.com if they had a little larger selection like NebraskaRedZone.com. I've ordered things from huskernation, but I've only done it once or twice. I've ordered from the other place probably a dozen times.

I agree Trevor. They're supposedly updating the store very shortly. hopefully there is a better selection.
