iPhone Issues

We've had several (3-4) reports from members that when they try and log in using an iPhone, they get an error message stating that they are not authorized, and showing an error code of 2000. I've been advising them to close all running apps, completely shut down and shut off the phone for at least 30 seconds, and try again. In at least two of those cases, that worked.

I know we haven't made any changes to the Board that would cause this, so I suspect it is an issue either with iPhones or carriers. If you get a report, about the best I can suggest is to offer the advice above.

EDIT: Forgot to mention - none of the accounts had any restrictions or were on Mod Preview.

Explained the situation to Landlord and moved the thread from the football forum to the board feedback. Seems he was just funnin' me GREAT that's 3 minutes I'll never get back

Even downloaded chrome to my Iphone in an attempt to recreate what had "supposedly" happened to Landlord. I'm such a gullible schmuck.
