Anyone ever injure theirs before? I did a 5 mile run and now going down stairs makes me feel like just rolling down them instead would be less painful.

 
Mine gets inflamed due to some gait issues I have (arthritic toes). There are a few good stretches you can do to help. I'll gather some to show you if you like. Sucks huh?
