Jalapeno Cornbread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 cups White Lily Cornbread Mix

1 regular size can whole kernal corn-(drained_

1-3 chopped Jalapenos

1/2 cup sour cream

3 eggs

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

8-oz. pkg. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Milk- add just enough to make into batter consistency

Mix all together saving about a handful of cheese to sprinkle on top, cook in preheated 350 degree oven about 40 minutes.
