Is IWCC playing JV's from 4 year schools now? I thought they were in a conference?

Found the answer. The kid started playing at USD and after the school year transferred to IWCC in hopes of getting a D1 offer. So the good film on him are plays he made as a freshman @ USD. Let's sign this one!

December grad, 2-for-2

Interesting to see what we do here. Many reports that we're only taking the one DE that we have. But it seems we're still after this JUCO. So one would think if we get him we'd definitely be done.

Either that or the reports are completely wrong.

From his film, he tends to hustle to be where he needs to be to make the play. He's not a big hitter (which in this day and age might not be a bad thing) and he has definitely learned to tackle the legs.

Although I'm not sure how hard we were after him - I get the feeling this could be a player that comes back to bite us when we play Wisc next year or the following year. He seems to fit the Wisconsin mold of what they look for in players to a T.

going to hurt even more when we don't have a DE worth a hoot next year
