If he's one of the best and we snag him then kudos to the staff. You can never have enough guys that can "catch" the ball and if he's a play maker/go-to guy then it's that much better. How much eligibility will he have?

yes, and he may be even better than Mo too. you have to go after the top juco's unless you just plain have no need whatsoever, not the case for us at the WR position.
