Maybe when the Huskers could no longer count on gimmes whenever crossing their southern border, they secretly began scheming for new targets. Perhaps Indiana, Northwestern or Minnesota can become pawns they annually overpower in the Big Ten.

I was thinking the same thing.

As far as the t-shirts go, this is absolutely nothing new. Teams have been doing this type of stuff for years. I’m sure after the Husker win tonight the Thrift store racks in Manhattan will be full of them.
