I am terminating my full-time RN position and changing to per-diem at Hemet Valley Medical Center as of tomorrow. I am accepting a full-time position at Riverside County Sheriff Southwest Detention Center as a Corrections Nurse. Just gonna give out pills/ shots and access injuries of prisoners brought in for booking. It is a change for a better and more secure benefit and retirement package with minimal increase in pay.
Why the diatribe you might ask. After my orientation period I'll go to night shift CRAP and am unsure of my days off oh please please be Saturday.
Just thought I'd let everyone know if they see a difference in my board time or demeanor :box :bonez :nutz
