Sorry to abandon you guys, but I have a bunch of pizzas to make, so I won't be around until later this evening.

So far the meltdown appears to be pretty tame. I think people are getting used to this, which is scary as hell.

 
Second pizza is in the oven. Checked the board... haven't seen much worth replying to so far.

It's not exactly a meltdown but the inanity is off the charts.

I'm just damned glad that cooler weather is around again. I make some pretty damned good pizza, and that (plus the wine) helps blunt the edge of this trauma.

The stands were rocking at 21-3. It was so much fun. And then... blahlggglldfkdfoudfshhhhhsjjshzzzh. It just went astray.

Did you guys read the quotes from Stanley and Ciante, about how they think the team just expected UCLA to roll over and quit for them? That's exactly what happened with Wyoming. It's exactly what happened against Wisconsin in Indianapolis. How can these guys think they intimidate anyone? That's insane.

 
I'm officially calling Pelini on the warm seat. Still has a ways to go before I think he gets cut if this continues, but he has to be feeling something.

I think he gets another year, but only after he cuts an assistant or two on defense. Like Bob (skersfan) said, Bo needs help.

 
I'll be running this poll again next Monday after the South Dakota State game. It was mostly tongue-in-cheek when I got this idea over the summer, but I think the responses are going to be far different this time around.
