Loaded Baked Potato Dip:

1-(16-oz.)-Container Sour Cream

16 Slices Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled

1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1/3 Cup Thinly Sliced Scallions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives.

Serve cold with potato chips or pretzels.
